Costello-Events > Sorry so few pics this time, but we're limited in time at the internet this morning. Here's a taste of our second trip to Waza this past Saturday. Lots of good animal viewing and less stress this time because we'd seen most of it before. Here is a lonely giraffe eating some breakfast as we first entered the park. Our friend Eric won 1000 FCFA (about $2) for being the first to spot an animal.
Costello-Events > At long last, a picture of that elusive species...the Peace Corps volunteer! We've heard rumblings that you all haven't seen what we look like in quite some time, so here you go. Quite a good pic if we do say so ourselves.

Costello-Events > ELEPHANTS! We were thrilled to finally see elephants, as we missed them on our first trip. We off-roaded through reeds in the old "bush taxi" Toyota minivan to get a closer look, then all stood on the roof to take pictures. Fabulous!
