Costello-Events > Our Burger King. The meat is slow cooked over the open fire grill so it's tender and juicy, just the way Mike likes it. You can come in, order by how much you want to spend, then sit at the tables and eating and chatting.
Costello-Events > A street in Yagoua on our way into the center of town. Youth planted these trees about 20 years ago, and good thing because this area is becoming quickly deforested and causing lots of problems (running out of fuel for fires and the rains come later each year).
Costello-Events > A supermarket if you will. A boutique we frequent in Yagoua and call the "white man's store" because it carries items like Dove soap, Colgate toothpaste, olive oil, drink mixes, toilet paper, etc.
Costello-Events > The center of Yagoua, complete with a bank, hardware store, place to use two computers, and ladies who sell delicious beans (already cooked, you just sit and eat).
Costello-Events > Walking back into the center of Yagoua from our work places (home is on the other side of town).
Costello-Events > A street restaurant in Maroua. We love the meat and omelettes this man makes.
Costello-Events > The back side of the market in Yagoua. You can see what no organized trash pickup can do to a town.
