The area in and around Djinglia is very mountainous so the houses are built in clumps at various heights in the mountains. We thought the roofs were cool because they are more pointed than the roofs near Yagoua.

Costello-Events > This is the view of the "motel" and landscape in Djinglia from the top of a mountain we climbed.

Costello-Events > These pics posted in a random order, but this one of the buildings at the Technical High School in Yagoua where we're now assisting with the English and Health Clubs. All schools in Cameroon look similar: a row of rooms with shutters that open to allow ventilation since there are no fans or AC units.

Costello-Events > This group of children followed us all the way up the mountain, probably to both stare at the white people and try to sell us their dolls.
