19 - Our Maroua Mountain Hike

Mike, Drew, and Nicole at our friend Alim's house in Maroua. We went there to break the fast after climbing the mountain. Food and water rarely tastes so good!

Drew, Mike, and Nicole trudging up the mountain. Still early in the hike, before we started begging Nicole for some of her water (Drew and Mike hadn't had water all day due to Ramadan).

We thought this was a cool image...all the buildings surrounding the mosque with its spire reaching to the sky.
